Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Atelira is operated by TUNET LTD. For any privacy question, or to exercise the rights described below, contact us at privacy@tunet.xyz. For the purposes of applicable data protection law (including the UK GDPR and EU GDPR), TUNET LTD is the data controller for the personal data described here.

2. Data we collect

• Account data — your email address and display name, provided directly or through Google sign-in, and your chosen role (personal wardrobe, style consultant, or store).
• Wardrobe content — the garment photos you upload and the details you record about your items, outfits, capsules, calendars and care history.
• Fit and body data — measurements, fit profiles and style preferences you choose to add to improve sizing and styling guidance. You control whether to provide this, and it is treated as sensitive.
• Payment data — when you subscribe to a paid plan, payments are handled by Stripe. We receive your subscription status and a customer reference, but we do not store your full card details.
• Communications — messages you exchange with consultants or stores you connect with through the app.
• Technical data — limited log and device information needed to operate, secure and debug the service. To help prevent abuse we store a salted, one-way hash of request identifiers rather than raw IP addresses.

3. How we use your data

• To provide and maintain your wardrobe, outfits and account.
• To generate AI styling suggestions and garment analysis. Photos and item details you submit for these features are processed by Google Cloud (Vertex AI / Gemini) to return a suggestion; they are not used to train Google’s or our own general models.
• To process subscriptions and manage billing through Stripe.
• To secure the service, prevent abuse, and enforce our Terms.
• To respond to your requests and provide support.

4. Legal bases

Where GDPR applies, we rely on: performance of a contract to provide the service you sign up for; your consent for optional data such as body measurements and for AI processing of your photos, which you may withdraw at any time; and our legitimate interests in keeping the service secure and working.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:

• Infrastructure providers — Google Cloud and Firebase (hosting, database, authentication and AI processing) and Stripe (payments).
• People you choose to work with — if you connect with a style consultant or store, the specific items, lookbooks or messages you share become visible to them. You control these connections.
• Authorities — where we are legally required to do so.

6. Where your data is stored

Atelira is hosted in Google Cloud’s European region. Some providers (such as Stripe) may process data outside your country; where they do, appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses apply.

7. Retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can export a copy or delete the account from Settings. Deletion removes your garment photos, measurements, outfits and messages, usually within minutes and always within one month. Limited billing records are retained by Stripe where we must keep them to meet legal obligations. If in-app deletion cannot complete (for example a studio that still has other members), email privacy@tunet.xyz from the address on the account.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, correct, delete, export or restrict the use of your personal data, and to withdraw consent. Export and deletion are available in Settings. You can also email privacy@tunet.xyz. You have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

9. Cookies

Atelira uses only the storage and cookies strictly necessary to keep you signed in and to run the service. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

10. Children

Atelira is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
